U Costa Brava was founded in 2016 after more than a decade of experience in the rental industry.
During those years, we repeatedly saw agencies managing hundreds of properties with only a couple
of staff members who rarely visited the homes they were renting out. This lack of proximity created
problems for owners, frustration for guests, and a level of service far below what the Costa Brava deserves.
We believed there had to be a better way.
From the beginning, our mission has been to stay close to the properties we manage—truly close.
We get to know every home as if it were our own, understand each owner's expectations, anticipate
issues before they arise, and continually improve each property to ensure it performs at its best.
